With our expert and experienced staff, we provide engineering, consultancy and contracting services for energy management for natural gas measurement and billing to Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) and Large Consumer Industrial Organizations. 

Natural Gas Measurement and Billing System Control Services 

The following services are provided regarding the control and analysis of the natural gas measurement system, equipment and methodology; 

• Evaluation of the performance of all measuring equipment (meter, transmeter, corrector etc.) used in buying and selling and calculating the effect on the measurement difference
• Analysis of measurement methodology in buying and selling (HF, LF, Flow computer, corrector etc.)
• Determining the problems, if any, by examining the K factor Calculation Method (Atm etc. controls)
• Analysis of gas component values, accuracy control, analysis of the effect on measurement
• Control of OFID application implemented by the distribution company
• Analysis of the applications of the cores (chorector selection, calculation method selection, control of the compenant values, examination of the cores of the core, etc.)
• Examination of customer traction (Qmin, Qmax, Instant traction imbalance etc.)
• Control of assembly applications in meters, control of MI applications, detection of measures to prevent meter failures

While performing the above activities, on-site inspections are carried out in the gas purchase and sales areas at the Customer facilities. At the next stage after the field determinations, a detailed data analysis is carried out and the customer is presented with a business plan regarding the problems detected in the measurement and what needs to be done to manage the measurement difference between gas purchase and sale.  

Consultancy Services Provided Within the Scope of Purchase, Sale, Measurement and Billing of Natural Gas; 

Organized Industrial Zones (OIZ) and Free Consumer Large Industrial Organizations provide the following services within the scope of consultancy for natural gas use; 

• Technical support in the processes of gas purchase and sale contracts
• Technical support in the Customer Delivery Contract and Transport Service Contracts signed with the gas distribution company
• Providing technical support in the Standard Transport Contract and Delivery Contract processes signed with BOTAS
• Measurement of gas purchased, sold and / or transported,
• Allocating the purchased, sold and / or transported gas,
• Confirmation with related wholesale companies, distribution companies and customers,
• Carrying out billing activities

Measurement Control System Installation: 

Natural gas measurement systems can make reading errors at a very high cost for the possible error situations. The only system that can protect customers from such situations is the establishment of alternative Measurement Control Systems, which are completely under its control. In this context, the following contracting services are offered to our customers;  

• Establishing technical infrastructure (corrector, flow computer, communication systems, central software etc.) to OIZs to manage the measurement system without errors
• Establishing a downstream counter, corrector and central software to monitor and report the data read in the downstream facilities.
